Employment

All fulltime staff is currently certified paramedics and are hired out of an active reserve firefighter list. Reserve firefighter hire process occurs as needed.

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Arizona State Firefighter 1 & 2 certification
• Current Arizona EMT, IEMT, or Paramedic certification
• Valid Arizona Drivers License
• Current “CPAT” Physical fitness test (Within 12 Months)
