• Of industrial, commercial and residential projects

Plan reviews also include:

• Zoning Ordinance regulation issues of site plans

Plan reviews range from 4 to 6 weeks for complex projects:

• First review from 1 to 2 weeks
• Simple additions and remodels in residential, small commercial projects
• Upon completion of the first review, if there are comments for corrections, they are documented and returned to the customer
• Once corrections have been made and re-submitted, then a permit will be issued if all code issues have been satisfied
