Non-Profit Fundraising Opportunity: Call for Applications to Manage Parking for Guadalupe Car Show

Guadalupe non-profit / charitable organizations are invited to submit applications to manage parking for the Guadalupe Car Show on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Two qualifying organizations will be selected through a lottery to manage parking and collect parking fees, one for each of two Town-owned event parking locations:

  • NE corner of Guadalupe Road and Avenida del Yaqui
  • NW corner of Guadalupe Road and Avenida del Yaqui

Event parking fees are set at $5 per vehicle. Funds will be retained by the selected organizations.

In order to qualify, applicants must be non-profit / charitable organizations that benefit the Guadalupe community. Completed applications must be submitted by April 1, 2024, to: events@guadalupeaz.org or Guadalupe Town Hall, 9241 S Avenida del Yaqui, Guadalupe AZ 85283. (Application form attached.)
