Guadalupe residents are encouraged to participate in the upcoming Zero Waste Day - Saturday, Jan. 27 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Tempe Fire Training Center, 1340 E. University Drive, Tempe.
Zero Waste Day is an opportunity to get rid of unwanted household products and hazardous waste, including: paper for shredding, building materials and scrap metal, clothing, furniture, electronics and appliances, and more. For more information and a list of accepted items, click here.
Proof of Tempe or Guadalupe residency is required. Accepted forms proof include a current driver’s license, lease/rental agreement, mail with name and address or most recent Tempe/Guadalupe Water utility bill.
